The Property Runway was founded to help owners find homes that speak to them. The team, led by founder Diana Teow believes that your home should represent your lifestyle, your personality and taste. Most importantly, it should bring comfort and joy.

As part of their large rebrand exercise to move from an outdated and overcrowded to design to one that was in line with their shift towards serving higher-end clientele, Diana approached me to propose what could be created to feature her brand’s backstory, case studies, services they offer and new launches, in order to guide clients towards choosing The Property Runway.

Rebrand for a Luxury Realtor

Diana’s old website was cluttered and clunky, with over several hundred draft pages in the backlog. As a highly successful realtor with over a decade of experience in the business, her brand deserved a much more refined look to represent the higher-end clientele she has now today, and the greater number of landed properties and luxury condominiums that she has to offer clients.

From The Property Runway’s point of view, properties go beyond being a home and a transaction, it is an asset that can help protect generational wealth, and a way to invest. The new website would reflect this vision in a visual manner, and clearly communicate the brand value.
